Use the items snapshot identifier for all QIDs in the Wikidata Main Graph, and the properties identifier for every PID

Added: record_count on the snapshot and batch objects, the number of records (NDJSON lines) in the file. It is returned for Project, Structured Contents, and Wikidata snapshot and hourly batch file metadata, not for chunk metadata
Changed: 100% coverage of Wikidata entities: every item in the Wikidata Main Graph and every property is now available across all Wikimedia Enterprise APIs.
Removed: version.has_tag_needs_citation from the article model. Use version.maintenance_tags.citation_needed_count to find articles flagged as needing citations
